Depending on severity: same day, next day, or within 48 working hours. We keep you posted.

Diagnosis + repair
The engineer diagnoses the issue, explains it to you, proposes the repair and carries it out on the spot whenever possible.

How much is a callout?
The callout is charged at a fixed rate (counted as labour). No surprises: we tell you over the phone before we come out.
Do you work at weekends?
We work Monday to Friday. For a genuine emergency (a major leak, a breakdown in the depths of winter), call us: we'll assess it case by case.
Do you repair brands you didn't install?
Yes, most common brands. For very specific brands, we'll tell you honestly over the phone.
Do you guarantee the repair?
Yes: parts and labour guaranteed for 6 months. If the same fault comes back, we return at no charge.
Can you help me even if it isn't your original equipment?
Yes. We're a standard repair company — it doesn't matter who installed the equipment.
