No. Booking an appointment is free and with no obligation. Call-outs for a quote or advice are free. Only breakdown repair visits are charged (call-out fee + labour).
Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

How long does an assessment appointment last?
Allow 30 to 45 minutes on average: a look round the premises, measurements, understanding your needs and initial advice. For a full project (heat pump or solar PV), sometimes 1 hour.
Do I need to prepare anything for the visit?
Ideally: a recent energy bill, access to your fuse board, and somewhere to talk quietly. If it is for a replacement, access to the old equipment.
