MaPrimeRénov'

Up to 5 000 €

MaPrimeRénov' (the French State grant for energy-efficiency renovation). The amount depends on your income and the type of works (air-to-water heat pump, insulation, thermodynamic water heater, etc.).

Energy suppliers

Prime CEE

Up to 4 000 €

A rebate paid by your energy supplier (EDF, Total, Engie, etc.) under the Certificats d'Économies d'Énergie / CEE (the French Energy Savings Certificate scheme). A "Coup de pouce" bonus is available for replacing a boiler.

Bank

Éco-PTZ

Up to 30 000 €

Éco-PTZ (the French interest-free eco-loan): borrow up to 30 000 € at 0% interest over 20 years to finance your energy-saving works.

No income requirement
Repaid over 20 years maximum
Can be combined with every other grant

Tax

Reduced VAT 5.5%

5.5% instead of 20%

TVA à 5,5% (a reduced 5.5% VAT rate) on both the equipment and the installation, applied automatically on your quote if the equipment and the property are eligible.
